2. Order Placement and Fulfillment

a. Order Processing

Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to production. Please ensure all order details are accurate, as changes may not be possible after the order is submitted.

b. Production Timeline

Orders typically take 3–7 business days to process before being shipped. Production times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.

c. Shipping

Shipping times depend on the destination and chosen shipping method. While we strive to deliver your items promptly, shipping timelines are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed at the time of purchase, and we accept major credit cards and other available payment methods as listed on our Site. Primordial Prints reserves the right to update prices without notice.

4. Returns and Refunds

a. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Include a clear description of the issue and supporting photos. We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

b. Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect address and the shipment is returned, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment once we confirm an updated address.

c. Non-Returnable Items

Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or design dissatisfaction if the product matches the specifications provided during purchase.

d. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, including designs, text, graphics, and images on the Site, is the property of Primordial Prints or our partners and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our express permission.

6. User Content and Custom Designs

By submitting custom designs, you confirm that you own or have rights to the content provided. You agree that we may use these designs for fulfilling your order and for promotional purposes. We reserve the right to reject any design deemed inappropriate or offensive.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primordial Prints shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service.
